To create her mocha iced coffee with vanilla cold foam, she started with Orinoco’s Organic Fair Trade Peru Penachi – a full bodied coffee hailing from the Andes that is great as a cold brew. Rounding things out with a health-conscious homemade chocolate sauce and an oat-milk-based version of vanilla cold foam, Yoko concocted a delicious, iced beverage that rivals even the most ornate treat ever to slide across a to-go counter.
