We hope that you will never have a reason to return a product from us. But if you do, here’s what you should know:
- Email us at email@example.com with your preferred email and phone number. A customer service representative will respond within one business day to walk you through the return.
- We will allow returns and refunds for damaged products but will require a photo of the item in the shipping box. We will also allow for incorrectly sent items, such as someone ordering whole bean coffee and we sent ground coffee – if a photo is provided.
- We accept returns within 14 days only.
- If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 business days.
