My husband knows I love good coffee and I usually blend my own. However, he gave me a bag of this coffee as a gift. I decided to try it with an open mind, and I find the flavor to be just wonderful. I was afraid it would taste like a dessert coffee, but I enjoy drinking it any time of day. There is no bitterness whatsoever. The flavor is rich. The best part is that I no longer need to blend my own coffee. The flavor of the Organic Mocha Java Blend is exactly what I like. I highly recommend.
